The store is dirty - the restaurant area floors had black streak and accumulated traffic stains, the bathroom was scary, the... kitchen area had donuts just laying on the belts exposed with no one storing them at all during our whole time there. Most ofthe donuts were out and the ones that were available were not great. We ordered chocolate cream filled donuts through drive thru tonight and I made sure to use that wording.. ?chocolate cream... filled? so the order wouldn?t be messed up. She repeated the order back to me and said ?cream filled?. I corrected her and said?chocolate cream filled? and all she said was ?yeah I got it.? I got to the window and she again repeated it as ?cream filled.?I had to correct her again by saying ?chocolate cream filled? and all she said was ?yeah I got it? yet again. We drive offassuming since she said ?she has it? twice that we wouldn?t have to check the order before driving off. Turns out once we gothome, we discover CREAM FILLED DONUTS. This chick had curly blonde hair. Someone needs to open up the inside of both creamfilled and chocolate cream filled and show her the difference because she DOES NOT KNOW! I know they?re just donuts and it?s notthe end of the world, but it was for my child?s birthday and she specifically wanted chocolate cream filled. Staff are always unprofessional. At times only cash payments are accepted plus only original glazed will be available. The last... few times I've been it has not been good service. Due to my order being wrong and the staff horse playing while trying to get myorder out. Will not be returning to this location. I'll just make the trip to Baldwin County for krispy kreme. Read more

This place was easy to find and convenient to where we were at. It was well lighted and clean. It was about a third full for... what might be the mid-morning coffee break. It smelled SO GOOD. There were so many choices it was hard to choose. The personbehind the counter took time to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. We had a Bavarian creme donut and araspberry jelly donut which we ate there and two strawberry-frosted donuts with sprinkles to take to our granddaughters. Read more

This is a decent donut store. You can get so many different donuts that are made freshly here. You can get some coffee to have... with your donuts. The prices are reasonable. I like watching the machine bring out newly made donuts so you know they arefreshly made. It isn't my favorite donut store but it is good. The staff seems nice here. Read more
