went here as the sign on the window is enticing... the dumplings were delicious...but you only get 4 for 6 dollars. not worth... it. my 5 yr Olds noodles were super greasy and she couldn't eat them. the sushi was very good. not the pork belly ramen. it wasawful, the noodles are a weird texture, the pork was smoked, it taste like barbque ribs in some ramen. the broth wasn't good,neither me or my son ate it. Everything was about average. The ramen was about a 6 out of 10. The sushi was about a 5 out of 10. The octopus appetizers were... okay. The sushi taco was plain. If your hungry it would probably taste better, the staff was slow, the refills on water was nothappening. I have have at least 3 better sushi experiences in Mobile, AL Read more

Finally! I've been trying to find decent ramen here in Mobile and have been let down a bit by other choices. Happy Sushi gets it... RIGHT. Great broth, good noodles,just the right amount of spice, and delectable pork belly. We also tried some tuna nigiri andit was very fresh. Can't wait to return to my new Mobile ramen favorite! I'm pretty sure they forgot the cheese on my fries, or maybe they didn't put on a lot. I did not care at all about the cheese... once I tried the fries. GET THESE FRIES. They could serve it with just the fries and beef and I'd probably still give them allof my money. They cook every ingredient so well that you could enjoy every ingredient as a dish. So it was ok not the best ramen shop I've been to as far as taste, service was so so don't know if the waitress was afraid of... me, but ok. The one think that irked my nerves was that fact that I couldn't get my money back on the double pork belly since itwas nothing but fat and some of it tasted like charred not flavorful like normal ramen shops I've been to. Nor was it cut whereyou get a nice balance between fat and meat. The reason I couldn't get my money back was because I ate it. But that would mean Iate it all which you can see I only had about five percent before I called it quits and separated only fat peices on the (left)which out weighed the peices with meat that still had fat on it on the (right). You would think they would rectify my complaint,it wasn't like I was being rude about. Why wouldn't you justify the wrong that was done. None the less I left it alone onlybecause I didn't want to start any trouble still tipped 7 for so par service because it's not her fault for what the managerstated even though he or she should have addressed, not make the waitress do it, which she did come back after the complaint andI recieved my check by a guy, making me think she really was afraid of me which is a first because I've never experienced thisbefore. Of course I wouldn't be going back since I didn't feel welcome there to begin with and even if they tried to rectify itnow, in my humble opinion it should have been dealt with the first time. Sadly I'm new to Alabama so my search for a good ramenshop to replace all the ones I've been to in multiple states continues. ???? Read more
