I?ve come to this location a couple of times and my experience was unpleasant both times. Today, I ordered a drink with almond... milk, a croissant and hash browns. I get to the window and asked the girl who took my order if she rung up almond milk for mydrink. She had to tell whoever was making the drink to make it with almond milk and said it was her fault, then proceeded totalk to someone on FaceTime as she was working! You messed up my order cause you?re on your phone maam! Then my hash browns cameout hard and they gave me more, but there?s only 6 hash browns in the bag?? They did give me a fresh order of hash browns whichI?m thankful for, however, this location needs more customer service driven people. Read more
Went to this location this morning for an iced caramel latte and a strawberry frosted doughnut. The drink was made perfectly and... the doughnut tasted delicious. Keep on the good work weekend morning shift. ???????? Read more
Went through the drive through this morning. Lady was extremely rude. Asked her to please repeat the flavors of hot coffee and... she mumbles ?oh my god? under her breathe like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. It?s ridiculous. I justdrove off. The customer service at this location has always been awful besides the one or two people who are actually nice andhelpful. They normally work the weekend. Not my first bad experience here but finally leaving a review. I don?t know how some ofthese people are able to keep a job somewhere where you have to have customer service and yet act like this all the time. Read more
Dunking has very good coffee and food but there?s by far biggest issue stems from poor ordering because they are always out of... SO MANY things whenever come (on average about 1-2 times a week). We just left and the only meat they had was Turkey, they hadno avocado, no chocolate milk, they forgot my large water. Having good food and beverage options are always awesome but it?ssuper annoying when someone goes out of the way to a restaurant and they?re out of everything so you just have to drivesomewhere else anyways to get food and such. As a visitor from out of town that has family in Mobile. This is the second time I?ve visited this location and have received... absolutely terrible service. The first time several months ago my wife and I walked in for coffee and waited over 10 minutesbefore anyone acknowledged us. Today 10/9/22 I walked in with my granddaughter to get donuts and coffee and after 10 minutes ofwaiting I walked out. Staff was there never acknowledged us. I am certain they saw us. I went and spent my money at anotherestablishment. Although a convenient location from my families house I can 100% assure I will never walk into that particularlocation again.FYI. I came 10 minutes before close and the staff was so kind to me and made my drinks perfectly!! To the workers closing tonight on... May 7th, y?all are awesome! My drinks are usually hit or miss which is the only downfall to coming here, but a huge thank yougoes out to the employees tonight from a pregnant lady who really wanted some good coffee LOL. The coffee was good, I?ll give them that. The donuts tasted almost stale. My sandwich, which by the way took about 22minutes... to make, was terrible. I?ve had better service at the local gas station. Two of the three employees were horsing around in theback and the front guy had to go back and ask for our sandwich several times. Everyone who ordered while we there had problemswith their order. Several just left. I went through the drive through this morning and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. When I would mention an item for... my order, she would say "Is that it for your order?" over and over again. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts, and a coffee; sheacted like that was too much for her to note down. Midway through my order, she said "oh my god" and turned off her mic for alittle bit. I said "hello" over and over again to the speaker until she started talking to me again. In addition to that, sheasked me three times to repeat my order; not once did she repeat my order back to me. When I finally got my order, it was thewrong coffee. This isn't the first time I've had bad service at this location. It's ridiculous that staff here act like it'ssuch an inconvenience for customers to place their order. It's literally their job.....
