28 minutes in the drive-through!!! Out of salad, out of mac & cheese, out of fruit, out of wraps! Only one person can work in... the drive-through for two lanes, you sit at lane two for 10 minutes before anybody answers so you don?t even know if you?re inthe right lane or not. Drive through is the slowest chick Fil a drive through I?ve ever seen. It?s not even long? it just doesn?t move.
This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A ever. Waited an hour for 4 chicken sandwich meals. Was told they was waiting on chicken... to come up but yet 30 other people had came in after us ordered and left with their food. When I requested a refund she threw 4sandwiched in a bag and said here. So obviously the order was not even correct. The employees were extremely rude and customerservice was horrible. Read more

I walked in around 1:30 pm. I got in line to place an order. I looked around and saw several people waiting on their orders and... they had annoyed looks on their faces. The staff behind the counter were talking to each other about non-work related stuff... one of the people waiting on an order asked about her food and the staff member behind the counter blew her off and kept talkingto her 'team mate' about her life story. The employee wearing the blue shirt was a manager, I assume, but she was notconcerned about customer service... only about laughing and telling stories with her teammates. I love this place and all the options that are offered. The Cobb salad with extra nuggets is always a great choice for me. The... only reason I didn?t give 5 stars is because this location is not up to par with other locations. The first time my order wasever messed up or something was left out was at this location.
