We are new to west mobile and are from the Pacific NW. We have tried several sushi places since arriving and Chef Sake?s is by... far the best in Mobile. It?s some of the best we have had and we have eaten a lot of sushi in many states. Fresh, favorable andjust firm right nummy. Be patient as they take a minute. best!! sushi!! in!! town!! i can?t fully put in words about how much i loved the place. truly phenomenal. from the soup till the... unagi, soooo good to be true. the place itself has a very intimate setting which makes it feel so cozy. with some places, if thesoups are bad then the rolls are good and viseversa. However, Chef Sake is simply the best and did a fantastic job at filling upus two hungry beasts. Please get their bang bang shrimp. Its crunchy but it melts in your mouth. I am not kidding. The best sushi I 've had in town! The customer service was excellent. I had not been able to find good sushi and googled them.... The food was fresh and prepared right in front of me. Chef Sake makes the best sushi in this area?period. It?s not even close. Even if you think there?s someone better, you?re lying... to yourself. If you haven?t tried Chef Sake out, you should do so immediately. I?ve been here enough over the years to basicallyown stock in the company. Try it out. You won?t be disappointed.
