I think this is my worst restaurant experience for the year! There were only 2 workers. The young man running the cashier... register wasn't knowledgeable about the menu items, the app or how to even work the register. The lady working with him washaving to prepare the food and run the register after he took the orders she'd have to key them in, all while hoping on onefoot. Fast food restaurants are few in Downtown Mobile Alabama. I was hungry and needed food on the go. A Checkers was a block away... and that was all. Reluctantly I drove through, ordered a bacon mother cruncher burger. Absolutely positively the best burgerI've eaten in a long, long time--hot, flavorful, juicey, with a smidge of crunch. Fries were seasoned, hot and crispy, and icecold sweet tea. All for about ten bucks. Fast service. Down home friendly employees. I will return! Read more

I ordered food for my wife who was in university hospital. It was a checker burger, spicy chicken, fries and 3 sweet teas. The... drinks were the only thing good the burger was smothered in mayo ketchup and mustard. I cannot believe how much of thesecondiments they put on it. You couldn't even eat it because of this. The chicken sandwich did not have but a little spit if mayoand about one bite of lettuce. How does one sandwich get completely covered in this stuff and the other only have a piece ofchicken on it. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this location. Not only did i wait almost twenty minutes to get my food, but... when I received my food and got home to eat, my food was burnt! I called 10 different times before ever getting an answer. Afterfinally getting an answer and being told that i could come back up there and they would re-place my order i go back up there andQuita was very rude and didn't re-place my ORDER!! Read more
