My order was wrong. I wanted small fries they didn't give me any. I asked for double checker burgers and instead got regular... checker burgers. I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches only one was spicy and it was smaller than the one that wasn't spicy. Mychicken bites were spicier. Smh. Too much playing around and not enough working. We placed our order around 5:40 and had to repeat it 4 times because the boy taking the lane was either not paying attention or... just didn?t care. Got to the window paid and looked at the receipt to see they messed up our order after repeating it 4 times tothem and then again when we got to the window. They told us to pull around which was fine but once we got our food we realizedwe were missing a sandwich. We sat there another 5 minutes waiting for an employee to actually come to the window to see what wewere missing. They just kept looking at us and talking amongst themselves until I waved one over and told them we were missing aburger. They were sloppy and not well put together and had the mozzarella sticks not even in the box just all thrown in the bag. Read more
This is a good fast food restaurant chain. They have very good burgers and fries and chicken items. I like their chicken... tenders and fries. The staff seems very nice, clean and efficient to get you your meals. They also have plenty of beveragesand good desserts. He prices are not low but seem reasonable for big items to eat. Read more

Airport & Hillcrest Checkers services the drive thru line & walk up BEFORE the mobile & food app orders line which came to them... well in advance of the other cars or walk ups. The staff, while friendly & apologetic, seem to be goofing around more thanfocused on speedy service or at least which order comes 1st...I guess they know late at night you don't have many choices sooooo Read more
I would give it 4 out of 5 because it has gone downhill somewhat recently. The workers just don't seem to ever wanna be there... and are not as much help or friendly as I am used to. I love checkers so I hope it gets back the way I like it! Read more
