The fish and chicken pattys were very greesy and all tasted the same. The tarter sauce and mayo didn't taste fresh.

Last night we went and the food was warm, we had condiments, everything was perfect. Went back today got the exact same thing as... we did last night and for some reason paid almost $10 more than we did last night? had no condiments no napkins nothing. Foodwas already cold not to mention the one at the window didn?t let us know we had to wait on our chicken sandwich. Luckily Ialways check our bags before we leave the parking lot. So we got back in the drive thru line and she goes ?yeah I know, we arewaiting on your chicken sandwich? if that was the case why you didn?t say pull over we still need to bring our your chickensandwich and why not give us all of our food together. So now the food is completely cold by time we even get our chickensandwich. I know we will only come at night time now because them ladies in there this morning was a no-go. The overnight staff is great! They always give me hot food and never forget my condiments. They are spirited and friendly... everytime. Tonight the experience was particularly fantastic. From the warm greeting at the speaker to the time I pulled awayfrom the window the staff was awesome! Read more
Give first sausage biscuit back because it was cold and hard, then I received one look like it was drop in the deep fryer.
Went through drive through around 11:15. Person at drive through window was incredibly rude and asked my father in law if "he... was okay" because he "didn't appreciate him snatching the receipt". Not sure what the guys issue was, but it left the whole carconfused as my FIL didn't do anything besides exchange money with the drive through attendant. Without a doubt the most bizarredrive through experience I've ever had. I get that the bar for fast food service is low but I'm honestly stunned. Southerhospitality at its finest. Read more
