If you want great customer service, fast this is the Burger King location for you. Normally ANY customer service at a BK is... horrible but today my order was taken by Ashley Kennedy and it was PERFECT. She was so sweet and polite taking my order. Shesaid please and thank you. 09/08/2022 My father and I were on our way back to Mississippi after our visit at the Eye Care. Both of us were getting very... hungry and the traffic was not going anywhere fast. So we hit the drive thru at the Burger King on Airport, you all ready knowhow the service is going to be as soon as you can hear the voice from the speaker ????. So we ordered: 2 of the Big chickensandwiches with fries and a large cheese sticks 2 Diet Cokes. We get up to the window very fast, because no one was in line.There stood a young lady, I asked if she could repeat my order. Yep it was wrong. So we got it right, I paid and waited on ourorder to come. The young lady comes back to the window with one bag and hand's it to me. Then turns away, I get her attention.Yes, she forgot things. Then we get our Diet Cokes, I asked her if she will bring us our french fries. A few seconds later shecomes back and throws the bag at me and slams the window. WELL, if you know me! I see this as a challenge.. I tap on the windowto get her attention, she walks away and a manager or shift leader, opens the window. I then tell her, thank you for coming toBurger King today and to have a great day. Then we pulled off as she stood there searching for something to say. WELL youguessed it, the food was all cold ????.. but we are not going back. So if you are in need of a quick bite. Go somewhere else.That's it for Yo MAN, BIG Daddy and I'm out of here! Read more
