Well to start, they have an app and a website that says u can order online, but in reality, u can't. U must call in or go to the... restaurant to place ur order. I had a Philly cheese steak add mushrooms and their fries for lunch and I have to say I wasactually a little disappointed, unfortunately. The sandwich was greasy and I couldn't tell if there was any mushrooms on it. Ialso only got a handful of fries. Now I have to say their fries were actually really good, but for the price I paid for lunch ($33 for 2 sandwiches and fries ) I expected more. It wasn't horrible, but it definitely wasn't great either. I may try themagain in the future, but it won't be anytime soon. Read more
This is a great place to go if you have several people and they can't agree on one type of food. The menu is huge and has many... types of food. Enough choices to please a crowd. I have been here many times and have always had great food. Never a complaintor a send back. Definitely will continue to go. Burgers, sandwiches, nachos and tacos are some of my favorites. Asked for a medium steak and got a rare steak. When mentioned they took it back and within 1.5 minutes it was back on my table.... Still with rare meat. The waitress was extremely polite but not attentive. Ran out of drink and had to ask random waitress tofill drink. The fried shrimp was easily from a bag of frozen shrimp. Read more

Absolute worst customer service ever!! The food tasted freezer burnt, and we ordered the bone in wings, and didn?t care for them... so we asked to trade out for boneless, mind you we took 1 bite and didn?t like them, and the girl said well we can but we?re nottaking the original order off the ticket, and the owner said the same thing.. I have never been to a restaurant where youcouldn?t trade something out if you didn?t like it and still had to pay for it, and as I said we didn?t even eat them!!
