I asked to substitute my side for a salad due to a wheat allergy. The waitress didn?t know, so she asked another waitress, who... was rude about it. She said I would have to pay an additional 3.99 for a salad. The salad literally had 3 pieces of iceberglettuce, one tomato, and one cucumber. I discussed this with the owner who was also rude to me. I feel bad because our serverwas very courteous but I couldn?t tip due to how the owner responded to my feedback. I ordered the veggie hash brown bowl. Myoptions for sides were hash browns, wheat bread, or wheat pancakes. Obviously, I didn?t want more hash browns and my dietaryrestrictions don?t allow for bread or pancakes. The owner pointed out how expensive lettuce is. I agreed but suggested theyoffer a fruit or veggie option. The owner seemed annoyed by my request. I work in customer service and believe a good businessowner would encourage feedback. I will not be going back. Read more
