Excellent Mexican food, friendly attentive service, good parking, all right off the main street through Moab (US-191). The... portions are huge, and the food delicious. It's a very decent chain Mexican restaurant. I would say the food is authentic. The salsa was slightly runny and tangy, which is... actually authentic Mexican. The Crispy Rellenos was good. But i really loved the diet tacos! They use lettuce as taco shell andi liked it. I wish more Mexican restaurants have this option. The green salad was fresh. The Pina colada smoothie had a perfectconsistency. Service was very professional and food came out very quickly. I really loved the fact that the food was not greasy,as some Mexican restaurants tend to do for whatever reason. Read more
