My baby and I were out on our first little adventure in Moab, and I found the perfect place Cafe Italiano, to grab myself a... delicious chai Latte and breakfast sandwich. It was a perfect morning to be out and about. I love that they have a lot of littleseating out and about to be able to sit and enjoy. Late review: Stopped by this beautiful roadside food truck for breakfast and were immediately amazed by the taste and quality... of the place. So much so that we wanted to come back the next day. The food truck is closed on Tuesdays and they are open atanother location within the premises of The Gonzo Inn - so, we decided to pay a visit. We were touched by the welcoming andpositive vibe of the place and the owners. Each order was given excellent care and food was very tasty and of great quality,especially for the price. If you haven't tried their paninis, your visit to Moab is definitely missing something! Also, theircoffee deserve a special mention too. Will definitely visit soon the next time we are around. I don’t know why it is showing ‘ temporarily closed’, or maybe it has been closed very recently. I ate here just in the... last weekend. So it was open even in less than seven days ago. It was one of the best food trucks th?a I have been to. I ordereda caprese panini for myself and that was great. The bread and all the ingredients were fresh, and of high quality. The coffee (mocha) was the best. It was one of the best mochas that I have had so far. The service was fast, the staff was nice. I wish Ican eat there again. Highly recommended if you are in Moab, and if the place is open. Read more
