Everything was perfect, from the exactly-right cappuccino, to the knowledge of how the rewards program... works (i.e. they didn't look at me like I was crazy when I asked for a refill, like in other stores), to the cleanliness ofevery last surface and space. Stop at Starbucks got a drink that was $6.07 gave the cashier 20.07 she handed me my drink and not my change I asked her if I... could have my change $14.00. I told her that?s she good but not that good for $14.00 tip. I asked her several times for mychange. then she was trying to tell me that I gave her a $10.00 I told her no I gave you $20.07. Love Starbucks super friendly and of course yummy.. the line can get long but they tend to move quick
This location really seems to have a difficult time matching the quality other locations seem to be able to handle. Last time,... my coffee was definitely burned. This time, I placed a mobile order and waited 35 minutes in the store before an employeefigured out my coffees and been sitting at the window a very long time. No apology and no offer to make me a fresh, HOT coffee.I'll stop at Caribou next time. Read more
