Message regarding gluten-free status of pizzas for people with celiac (the reason gluten-free exists) is contradictory. Box says... no, website claims gluten free. This is frustrating. Why make it if it?s not appropriate for people who require gluten-freemeal? That said, employees were helpful and positive. I was allowed to have salad with gluten-free pizza. Other locations makeme pay for each thing separately and it it becomes much more expensive than the buffet most people get. Read more
The buffet was expensive for what was on it. The place was busy and they were clearly unable to keep up. When the brought food... out, it was gone before seated people could get to the buffet bar. Kids working were very nice or I would give them 1 star. Read more
This was a weird experience. I ordered wings for pickup, the website said it would take 45 minutes. So I showed up 45 minutes... later and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. During this time several workers were doing various things like restocking thebuffet or sweeping. Several of them looked right at me and then just ignored me. I was the only customer at the counter, theyweren't very busy, so idk why I had to wait so long. The food I got was ok, one of my wings had no meat on it, like it hadalready been eaten. The food that was available was okay. There were issues getting both regular and dessert pizza out. Kids running all over and... being noisy not utilizing the fun zone. TERRIBLE! We were stopping through a long road trip. They advertised an all day weekend buffet. We go there about 3 pm. You... Everything was sitting on the hot table for hours I think as it was all soggy and rubbery pizza. They only thing they refilledwas a dessert pizza. No sunflower seeds for salad. Asked if we could bring our miniature dashound in with us in a pet carrier, they Asked why and were told because it's 96 degrees... outside and we won't leave her in hot car while we eat because we care about our pet and didn't want anything bad to happen toher. The manager said NO WE COULD NOT BRING HER IN. ???? Perkins however said yes bring her in! They appreciated the business,and were fantastic! Food taste fine decent selection of everything a bit of a wait on the chicken several times it was popular! Not a huge crowd but... enough to keep them busy. Robbie was super helpful & friendly was great to see him chipping in on duties & coming out to be surewe were all doing good & things were restocked/ replenished! Clean etc. I have not been @ this restaurant in several yrs. & wasthroughly impressed how smoothly it ran this time. Read more
Fun Zone is great for the kids!! Now, let's talk about the buffet. Sub par every time I go. It doesn't matter the day or time... either. Staff is super friendly and the place is remarkably clean for the traffic they see, but the pizza selection is not thebest, full of random pizza choices, not much for kids. It seems they are always running behind in stocking. The last three,yes.....THREE times I've gone, I felt I did NOT get my worth out of it. I'll stick to carryout or delivery. Read more
