Good and fast sandwich. Clean dining room and restrooms. Fully staffed which don?t see so often anymore.

Celiacs Beware! They do not understand cross contamination. I mentioned that I was Celiac and severely intolerant. I explained... that I need them to use fresh ingredients and to prep on a clean surface. She changed her gloves, put my paper on the boardwhere they were making sandwiches, and continued down the line where I had just watched them make a large to go order. I stoppedthem and explained when they were making the to go order I saw them, on multiple occasions, touching the bread and then dippingback into the ingredients for the next sandwich. WORST WORST WORST customer service got all sandwiches wrong and they didn't even have other customers for that to be the excuse.... My dad ordered ham and cheese on wheat but gave him turkey on white I ordered roast beef and chess on white gave me turkey aswell and my wife ordered blt on wheat and gave her turkey on lettuce wrap. We also ordered the meals and they didn't even offerchips or soda cups and when I asked they said oh we forgot you got meals. No napkins in bag either and when I asked for napkinshe rolled his eyes. Horrible experience. Delivery driver couldn't figure out gps. Then delivered food to neighboring townhome, because she did not... read the address. I had to call and ask where the food was. No apology. Just told to go see if it was outside neighbors house,and she guesses she would remake it if not still outside. Read more

Ended up here on our road trip. Huge thunderstorm came on the freeway. Pulled off into JJ. Employees were welcoming, fun and... FAST. perfect sandwich. We live near Seattle and it?s nice to be far from home and get exact same quality many states away.Bravo! Read more

If I could give your JJ store no stars I would. We were going to the Black Hills for Memorial weekend...picking up take out. Two... very simple sandwiches. I wanted Tuna with pickle and extra mayo. "There's mayo in the tuna," the Snarky Sandwich Maker told me.He was irritated with me because I initially said I wanted a Small Tuna, but immediately changed my mind to a Large Tuna. SnarkySandwich Maker cut the bread in half, slopped the tuna on, a few pickles and would not put extra mayo on what should have beenone sandwich. He wrapped the sandwich separately and told the other male worker, "Charge her for two." The Tuna sandwich was dry(it needed mayo)...not good at all. I know for a fact this is not how JJ employees are supposed to treat their customersbecause my grandson has been a JJ employee for three years. I am acquainted with several people who work at area JJ's and theyhave great work ethics. Read more

I have really mixed feelings. On one hand, I do think Jimmy John's (in general) makes the best sandwiches around. On the other... hand, the last 2 out of 3 online orders that I placed at this location were made incorrectly. My family always orders 4sandwiches and usually 2-4 of these 4 sandwiches have customizations that cost extra, such as adding bacon. It's the one timethat I didn't add bacon to my sandwich that our whole order was actually correct. The two times that I PAID EXTRA to have baconadded to multiple sandwiches, the bacon was left off of 1 sandwich (my sandwich). The first time it happened, the lady on thephone re-processed my payment (which was a cumbersome process) and refunded me for the bacon I didn't receive on my sandwich andalso for bacon that was received on a different sandwich on the order, just for the trouble, to be nice. I thought that was goodcustomer service. The second time it happened, the guy on the phone offered to make me a correct sandwich that I could come backand pick up or that I could PAY them to deliver. I told him I just wanted to eat my sandwich that I already had in my possessionat home with my family and would simply like my money back for what I didn't receive. After going back and forth he finallytransfers me to the supposed manager who honestly didn't seem to care at all and wasn't remotely apologetic sounding. After mepushing, he did re-process my payment minus the bacon on the 1 sandwich that had it missing. Note that there has also been otherthings wrong, freebies like onions, etc but I am not necessarily complaining about those. Sadly this is the only JJ's in town soI'm sure I'll order food here again because it still tastes good, but I wish it wasn't so difficult for them to make orderscorrectly. They should have a better process in place for handling screwed up orders. I just want what I order and pay for. Read more
