Usually this restaurant is very good and normally I would give them a five. They closed the lobby at 8:00 because of staffing... shortage. They were busy and my sandwich was wrapped so poorly that the condiments were all over and my sandwich was 1/4 out ofthe wrapping. Still the food was good just terribly messy. Read more
My husband and I come eat here about once a week. In the last year, I have spent quite a lot of time in this restaurant. There... are some things I have noticed time and time again. The staff are happy, they enjoy their work and they enjoy working there. Theowner is incredibly active in the restaurant and is always helping people out. They are fast at getting food out to theirpatrons. They have people walking around the restaurant cleaning up. I believe this is the BEST fast food restaurant we have inMitchell. Food was good as always, but service was exceptionally slow, which is rare. Staff didn't seem to be overly eager to help and... many were just kinda walking around. Was very strange for Culver's, which is normally top notch in both food and service. Read more
Well.....unfortunately they suffer like the rest of America with shortage of staff. Long line, long wait for food, and needless... to say, my poor cod filet was cooked to a bloody crisp. This place is busy all of the time!!!! Packed and fairly clean, bathrooms could use a little more attention, dinning area was... clean and jam packed with people. Food was great, as expected from Culver's. I highly recommend this location. This placeshould be a training location for new owners and managers. As busy as they are they nail it here every time in terms ofconsistency in quality food preparation and customer service. Read more

Consistency and this restaurant delivers!! Worth the long drive thru times!! Inside, you'll find a cozy and warm atmosphere.... Although, the tvs are off more than on, so that's a bummer when you want to catch a game during dinner! My family's go-to! Justwish they were on Doordash! Read more
