Not a good experience at all! We will never be returning. Our server was incredibly rude!! Our children tried talking to her... multiple times regarding drinks, food and she would walk away from them and not even acknowledge them. Then as we were waitingfor our bill the be ran we found her sitting at the bar on her phone. Then we tried playing the games inside and 3 machines ateour money. When I mentioned this to the bartender she sighed and tried walking away until another worker said ?just give her adollar!!? to which she rude slapped a dollar in my hand. I tried explaining that there were three machines that took our moneyand she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Terrible food to top. I do not recommend! Read more
We stopped for a late lunch on our way through Mitchell - Saturday June 25 at 3 pm. We have eaten here a few times and always... been pleased. Today was different!! The food was great but the server seemed like all she wanted us do to was hurry up andleave! No smile, no greeting, no offer for sauces, etc upon delivering my steak tips - 100% a drop n run. She failed to checkon us until we were done eating. And to top it off, there was not even a ?thank you for coming? - nothing. The service wasdisappointing and almost insulting. Unimpressed with the hour wait for food. Server was great. I think the owner needs to reevaluate the amount of people/chairs to... staff ratio. Food was burnt and soggy fries as I walked by the kitchen 20 min prior to getting, to see what I assumed was ourorder sitting under a heat lamp. Super Cool Sports Bar! TV at each booth as well as surrounding the bar. Good,friendly service! Crispy Chicken Salad was good!!
Had a quick, small bite before hitting the road on our cross country journey. We just wanted something small to share, so all we... ordered was the cheeseburger plain with fries. Even though our order was small, the waitress was super polite and took good careof us. The burger actually pretty darn good, and fries were extra crispy. It was a flattop steak burger with slightly crispyedges which were quite good. Overall, very pleasant experience. Would recommend as your traditional Irish sports bar, or for aroad weary traveler to grab a quick bite! Read more
