What a great place to stop and have a delicious burger and tots. The staff was very friendly and fun to chat with. They told me... more about the area and wildlife since I mentioned seeing a lot of wild turkeys. Read more

Love, love, love this place! First and foremost they were absolute pros when 1000+ people from Cycle Oregon descended. I didn't... see a single person crack under the stress. They hustled and worked their butts off to feed us, all with authentic kindness andimmense patience. Second, the food and drinks were fantastic. Third, and maybe best, FLAT Fries! What? Yes, flat, as in skinnysteak fries. Delicious with the substance of a steak fry and the perfect amount of crispy. Fourth, gluten free buns. Fifth, great outdoor seating. Sixth, it's the only game in town, so we went there three times in two days. Read more

What a gem. I was only just passing through Mitchell but decided to stop for lunch. The town has a ton of character packed... into a few blocks. The Brewery has a nice patio which was perfect on a sunny early fall day. The gyro inspired nachos wereabsolutely delicious. A tad more meat would be welcome but the whole thing was light and flavorful. The saison was hands downthe best beer I've had in many months. Not sure when I'll have the occasion of passing by that way again but if you're in theJohn Day area you must go. Read more

My family rolled into Mitchell after touring the Painted Hills, hungry + dehydrated. At first we were nervous that there was... only one restaurant to choose from for sustenance, but we needn?t have worried. Tiger Town Brewery + Pub was a delightful anddelicious experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming (as a person of color this meant a lot to me in a unknownsmall town), very helpful and attentive. The food was beyond description?it was so gooooood! It was on par with (or better than)any five dining food restaurant. We had true-to-England style fish n chips. I?ve never had it this authentically anywhere inAmerica, tbh. It was delicious and I basically got a whole piece of haddock; their teriyaki wings which were so good my familywas fighting over them; their gyro, which my sun-starved + dehydrated daughter downed in minutes. We had the Greek nachos wereincredibly good. My husband devoured them. The pita must have been deep fried *swoon.* The grilled cheese was next level and sowas the BLT! The Tiger Town Pub would fit right in in Portland. If we had stayed longer, we would be able to get our sleepingbags + pillows and lay out in their open space while they played a movie on their outdoor screen. Again, the staff, food, ambiance were all 5 stars! Best part? The food was inspired by two marines favorite fare from around the world! Love it! Also,Kelsey (a server there) has great tourist suggestion! Thanks, girl ???? Read more

This place was a very good experience for my wife and I. The ladies there who serve you are friendly and professional. The food... is delicious and worth every penny. I recommend trying their burger and flat fries. Yummmm. Inside is small but there is plentyof space outside in the shade. If your trip takes you near this place, you should stop in and enjoy the experience as well. Read more

I had dinner here two nights in a row as we were staying in the Oregon Hotel just a few feet down the road. I absolutely adored... this place!! It was noisy with many local patrons stopping by for drinks and dinner or just catching up and being merry - thiswas such a pleasant vibe! Boisterous, but absolutely fun! ???? As this is the only restaurant/pub in Mitchell that servesdinner, it can get crowded. On my first night here, we?d to wait 30 minutes for a table; but, on the next day, we were seatedright away. A huge shout out to their staff - they were lovely!! Friendly and inviting, they made me feel welcome! The food wasgreat too - I?d the beyond burger and the garden salad. They were both yummy! Surprisingly, they?ve many vegan/vegetarianoptions. Definitely try their ciders - its delicious! I tried the huckleberry lemon, prickly pear and blood orange ciders - myfavorite was the huckleberry lemon! ???????? I loved this place so much that I was telling my friend that I?d consider movingto Mitchell just from my experience here! ???? Read more

I?m not a big pub/brewery person but boy am I glad we stopped here! The burgers we had were the best we?ve tasted in a very... long time. The fries where cooked and seasoned to perfection. Try the Beast Burger! I also tasted two of their beers and wasso happy I did. I?m not a big IPA person, in fact until I tried their Sutton Mountain IPA I have not been able to find one Iliked. I recommend you try at least that one, but also Willie the Wild One if you like stouts as well. Overall a wonderfulexperience with friendly staff and excellent atmosphere and service. Read more
