I'm pizza took an hour to arrive..the driver told me he had a delivery in orleans witch is 15 min from Mitchell..he drove for 30... min.with my pizza in his car..I live 5 min. From papa johns..wo t ever order again.. Read more
Tonight would be the third time that I have had an issue at this Papa John's recently whether it be my food not being made... properly or payment issues. I usually pay with a gift card because it is cheaper to do so, however the app was having a glitchtonight and wouldn't accept my gift card so I went to the store to pay and pick it up but apparently you can't combine giftcards and specials or Papa dough. So sick of ordering pizza with topping just dumped on instead of spread over pizza. 2 to 3 pieces every time is just cheese... while others are piled with toppings. Management obviously doesn't care because I've brought it up several times. When makingsomebody's food they should take the time to do it right. But if you don't care if the toppings are only on half the pizza thiscould be you're place. I have ordered my last pizza from this place.
