It was crowded so my experience of having to wait a long time for my order was likely just a fluke. I seemed to be forgotten... though and when I asked she just grabbed my simple order for me and handed me the bag. Things sometimes just happens. They force you to pull around and wait on the other side of the building when you?re waiting for your Effin drive-through food... extra Mac sauce cost $.90 almost a dollar to put thousand island dressing on a burger. Half the time their machines don?t work.When they force you to pull around and not actually pick your food up at the window how are you supposed to ask for extranapkins or that you would like a handful of katsup. Dinner was great! Great overall drive thru experience. The boy at the window had great manners. His name was Garrett I believe.
We had a party of 7 and the fries were cold, sandwiches were less than desirable! Meat was very small compared to the bun. The... cheese was half off of the patty and looked dried out! Buns were falling apart as they were stale. We had to ask for salt andketchup packets as the girl walked around aimlessly. I told her thank you BOTH times and when she did not say "you're welcome,"I shouted "THANK YOU!!!!" To which she did say you're welcome. Very poor food for the cost! This is not the first time thatthis has happened. I didn't do a review the past few times but it's getting to be ridiculous when they're wanting so much moneyan hour yet they want to be lazy! I wish I would of gotten their names. I come to this McDonald's almost every morning. I will say this is the best service I've... ever gotten! The sandwich was literally perfect! The guy that took my order was so polite and fast! The guy that handed me myfood was just as polite! Usually I have to wait 15-20 mins just to get my sandwich. I had no wait and the amount kindness ohlord! I hope those two men get raises or something! This McDonald's needed this change! Update, I called and talked to themanager and let her know how amazing the service was. I unfortunately didn't get the receipt (my choice) so I can't go on thewebsite and rate them. Was surprised how good everything was and how fast they were. ordered, drove right to the window and was handed the bag of food... as i was handing them my card to pay! The lady taking the order had a bit of a hard time, but no big deal Read more
The food I will say was actually really good no complaints there. We were pulled up of course. After setting there waiting for... I'd say around 15 min a young feller who was very nice brought out our drinks apologies bc they hadn't given us any straws saidhe'd be right back. He was beside himself when I had ask about our food. You could tell he had no idea.. now I will say at nopoint did this get rude in any way if ts was all very politely handled and who knows maybe they were training new people or justhad an off day we have all been there but they should have checked before sending that feller out. This is the worst Mcdonald's to go to. If you are looking for Mcdonald's priced food don't go here they over charge they tried... to charge me $3.50 to add bacon to my sandwich and the sandwich it self cost $5 so that does not seem right like they pocketingthe extra Read more
