Travelling and pulled off the interstate to go to Burger King. Lobby was closed. Could not order through drive thru as we... were towing a 5th wheel. Tried to stand in the drive through to order but was not acknowledged. We went to McDonalds down thestreet. Their lobby was open! Read more

This location is not truck friendly, they may have parking but the lobby is always locked. I understand if you want take out... only, but block the seating area and leave the doors open. This location just needs to close Read more
This location should save itself the embarrassment and just close down. I was given my first ever whopper with no meat or... toppings. None! Nothing but bread and sauce. There were no other customers there, and it still took 25 min even though it waspre ordered online 20 min prior. The fries were cold and stale also. I wish I'd have read all of the 1 star reviews beforegoing, instead of after. Lesson learned. Read more
I have never Givin a bad review like this, but heading home from Omaha and stopped in Missouri Valley, I prefer BurgerKing over... other fast food so that's where we went. Spent just over 23 dollars, for 2 whapper meals, 1 coke and 8 piece chicken nugget aswell as 8 piece mozzarella sticks. Staff was nice and friendly, but they were slow. Drive three screen for ordering was notworking, but the meal was the issue. Coke was watered down, food tasted like it was freezer burned and then cooked in old oil,and dirty on dirty grill. Gave the dogs a nugget and they got sick. So pulled over on the interstate, threw food out and cleanedup dog puke. It was not a good experience, and I'm only hoping to save another customer from this same experience. Like I said,I have never made such a bad review. And I hope I never have to again. Read more

As a truck driver this burger king is a joke the lobby was closed and I went to the drive though window and yelled in side to is... if I could get served and no one was available. Not a very go way to run a business also the number to call is disconnected. Iwatch a truck go throw the drive and get served but not the guy in a 18wheeler can't fit a BIG TRUCK IN THE DRIVE.
