Good food. Inside wasn't open, just drive thru. We had a big order and the staff kicked it out in no time.
We went to leave and the doors were locked and we could not exit the lobby. A staff member had to come open the door with a key.... They stated they locked the doors because 2 staff members walked out. We reminded the worker that it?s illegal to lock the fireexits and she just shrugged her shoulders and locked the door behind us with more patrons still inside. Explains while otherpeople kept looking at us through the windows while we were eating. Unsure why they didn?t just put a sign on the door? Read more
This was probably the worst experience I have ever gotten at an Arby?s. Cold and not fresh food with a long wait time. I?m... hoping I just happened to stop at the wrong time and the employees aren?t actually super rude and mean all the time. I wouldthink the food is actually hot and fresh more often than not. Our food was awesome like always but they were mainly working on all the drive thru orders and barely taking time to get us dine... in customers takin care of. I stood at the counter for at least a good 5 minutes before anyone asked me the name on my order.They then started to make our order. Read more
Currently there is a slight staffing shortage and we were forced to get food to go since they don't have enough people to work... the dining area. We were traveling as a group so we had to spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive through. However even now thisis not unusual and not really to the fault of the staff. Nothing worse than piss poor management. Claim they can?t find help to keep the lobby open or the drive thru open past 7pm. Yet... McDonald?s, subway, pennys dinner and the gas station all within walking distance have no trouble being open normal hours. Wouldn't take my coupon and then had the audacity to put a booklet of coupons with the exact same coupon on it in my bag. Never... had a good overall experience with Arby's but this one takes the cake. Lady who took the order was pleasant, manager was awful. Read more
