Awful place. Screwed up multiple orders yet still charged my card when food was not delivered. Stay away
Usually service is great here, but they placed me on a pretty long hold time. I was on my way to the restaurant, then arrived... and walked in to the staff talking while customers were on hold waiting to place an order. Food is alright. Typical wings and a decent selection of sauces and flavors. The chicken sandwich was a bit underwhelming to be... honest, however pricing wasn't bad. The place used to smell like a bathroom the past few times I went and the drinks tastedterrible. Ordered online for delivery. Their system didn't pass the address to door dash, who they use as their delivery service. I... called Wingstop when I saw that the door dash driver was going to the wrong place. I was informed that they couldn't doanything. I cancelled the charge on my credit card and will not be ordering from Wing Stop again. Read more
Really bad experience. Just wasted my $60. Ordered some boneless wings but received heated up frozen chicken nuggets with little... sauce on top. People please beware. This place is a ripoff!! Better spend your money some where else! Read more
The workers at this location are so rude. I understand stand being busy. Rude, nope! This is the last time I ever order from... this location on Hwy 6. DoorDash delivered my order I placed without my french fries.. I call the location to let them know andI was given options. 1. Refund 2. Come pick it up. I told the young lady I would like a refund and then she hung up the phone.Like what?! I call back to ask for a manager and she hung up the phone. Could I have lost my temper, yes.. I have came to this location multiple times and normally my service is good but lately I?ve been placing online orders and I... track the progress on the app. The last few times I?ve ordered they are marking my order as completed on the app but when I goin to get it, it?s not ready so I?m waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for my order to be completed although they are markingit complete. I?m assuming because they have to have orders complete in a timely so they don?t get in trouble so they are lyingsaying it?s complete. Get it together people, do better! && the little girl who is working the register is not welcoming at alland very rude and unconcerned. Do better or find another job. Read more
Placed an order online for pick-up. Let them know when I arrived at that point they hadn't even started working on the order.... Most everyone who placed an order was standing around waiting. The Staff was not competent and it seemed only one person wasdoing any work of the 5 there, letting orders back up. The girl had a bad attitude and didn't want to provide a receipt whichusually comes attached to the bag. Don't recommend this location. The only saving grace was the cook. Read more
