I placed my order on the app and it provided me a time frame of when my order would be ready. When I got there I had to wait 20... minutes more for my order, behind 2 others. This was about a week ago. I ordered yesterday from the same location and yet againwas delayed and when I got my food it was cold. Like it had been sitting out. Very disappointing dinner. I had never had coldwhataburger before and I have to say I would like to never have it cold again. This location needs more employees to keep upwith orders, and serve HOT food. Read more

Then the manager Elizabeth had employees related... messages to me when it should?ve been her & gone tell me she not gone remake my food , she would only remake the fries then Iasked for a refund she said no . Horrible customer service. This location gave me the wrong order, I called and was told by a supervisor that I could come back... to have the situation corrected. Drove to this location as instructed to have my order remade, and the GM Iris ARGUED me downand refused to honor what was told to me the day prior. Ridiculous. Read more

I visited the drive-thru on 11/06/22 shortly after 11 AM. My order was completely wrong, even the receipt given. I was given... someone else's order. I ordered #4 w/cheese, mayo & mustard, no onions nor tomatoes, add bacon, and a side of gravy, and DrPepper. What I received was #4 w/mustard, cheese, onions, tomatoes, large Cola, and large fries. I definitely did not getwhat I paid for. This is the first time I have been completely dissatisfied with my entire order. I know this is not commonfor Whataburger, which made it easier to make due with what I received. Lesson learned...never leave the premises w/o checkingmy order. Read more

Ordered chicken tender meal but no gravy was included. I drove back only for the manager lady to sternly tell me that she "is... just here to collect a paycheck" in front of her team. Surely she is a great leader. SMH Read more
