Slowest Whataburger in Houston! So ignore all the time I waited in line, from the time I paid to the pickup window is 20 minutes... and this is at 9:30pm. Not only they?re slow they?re also out of pretty much everything except chicken and jr meal. When time topick they totally forgot my drink and rush us out of the line so we forgot until we got home. The tables and floor were dirty. The bathroom was worse. An employee cut in front of me to get herself something to drink. The... guy that brought me the food kept throwing napkins on my fries, even after I told him to stop. The fries were cold. The burgerwas okay, not great. Took a long time to get my lunch at a drive up spot. Probably about 13-15 minutes after I ordered, 12:30 pm on a Thursday. The... blue cheese bacon burger was not great, like just a sloppy dollop of Marie?s. Would have preferred just a bacon cheeseburger. Being a native Texan, the Tabasco sauce I always keep in the glove box somewhat improved the taste. Read more

Check your order before you leave. I bit into the burger when I got home and realized they didn't add the mustard. The meat... didn't taste or look all that fresh either. My fries were slightly warm but tolerable. Read more
Whataburger quality food hot fresh and tasty. Nice curious staff, delivered our food to the table. Without being prompted she... returned with a tray of condiments and napkins. The restaurant including restrooms where clean and smelled nice. It was verybusy but still the wait was not long. The only issue I could see is that this location needs a bigger parking lot! Since I don?t live in Texas (Where I ate this delicious food), I decided to try this place out. First- the people, who work... there are amazing! They were polite and very helpful. They even gave us a free cookie for being out of state. Second- theestablishment was very clean. Although, I did not get to see the restroom, so I cannot tell you the cleanliness of therestroom. Third- the burger and fries were amazing. Please keep in mind, cheese is an extra item that you have to pay for(Interesting???). You will have to tell them everything you want on your burger, but at least you get the burger youwant. Overall- I really like this burger joint. I will definitely come back. Read more
Called in order on Wednesday and got there at 5:52 pm. I took 20 minutes for someone to bring out the order only after I called... and asked where was the food. Only a 7 minute drive home but it was mostly cold (at best, some items were warm), no straws ornapkins one item missing. I'm guessing the food was ready but someone did not bring it out to us when we arrived. Won't becalling in an order there again! Read more
