Started out with a female waitress with piercings then gave her our drink order then we waited and waited then we get greeted by... a young man whom we have had b4 and don't really care for because he slips you a bot to tip him on Cash APP rather than on thetab. Not a fan. They only had 1 girl working and she was over her head. She was very sweet but she was working the phone orders, the... walk in orders, as well as us sitting in the dining room. It took over an hour for us to get 1 slice of cheese pizza and an 18"Hawaiian. I watched 3 different people walk in and order after we ordered, that got their food and left. Read more

Wow the pizza my husband and I had was a bit greasy but really good. We added ricotta cheese with ours.

The family and I have been a couple of times to Russo's. The experience was very different between the two. The first time was... delicious and service was great. The appetizers and meals came out hot and cooked to perfection. Now the second time was thetotal opposite and a bad experience. We waited at a table for about 30 minutes before someone even came over. Then we had to askfor drinks instead of being asked. I ordered the chicken parmesan pasta. The chicken came out very burnt and waaayyy overcooked. Hard to cut and tasted horrible, not even sure it was chicken at one point. The pasta was very bland and the mealdefinitely was not worth $18. Wife and kids had pizza which was still good to the wife, so we'll give them that. Read more

DON'T GO HERE! The food was terrible! Chicken Parm had no breading, sauce was bland. It took forever to get our drinks and even... longer for the food. Which was all wrong. They never offered drink refills, we were here for 30 min before we got bread. Serverswere slow, rude, and unapologetic. We came here for Mother's Day and it was a horrible experience! Read more

This use to be one of my favorite spots however service and quality has really decreased over the last 9 months. I ordered a 12... cheese cauliflower pizza with basil, jalapeños and supposely carmalized onion and roasted peppers at 832 p.m. Picked it up at8:58 p.m I was told it'll take 20 -25 minutes which was expected. I get there at 858 p.m. The box wasn't warm which should havebeen an indicator. I opened the box and was very surprised of the size. I asked the worker was this the correct size and shestated yes Due to me getting the cauliflower crust.SMH I got home which is 8 minutes Pizza away PIZZA WAS COLD, NO CARMELIZEDONIONS,SMALL AND IT WAS $15.00. Workers refused to answer the phone because they were closed however I can imagine customer mayhave been calling to complain. I will take my $$$ elsewhere. Read more
