I want to give this ZERO stars. I never leave reviews but I am furious at this point. I ordered my pizza at 8:46pm. It is... currently 12:51am and I still have no pizza. I continuously spoke with Carl that insured me that my pizza was out for deliveryat 11:12pm and he would call the delivery driver for an update. I received no call back and again no food, like where could youpossibly be when the trip is under 7 minutes to deliver. I understand being understaffed but this is utterly ridiculous. I never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut til today! Had to wait and extra 15 minutes for them to 'remake' my pizza cuz they... gave it to someone else. They only good thing was they upgraded me and gave me a large instead of the medium i ordered! Read more
I ordered a large crust stuffed pizza with pepperoni and beef, and just half with mushrooms to be delivered. That is what I paid... for, but not what I received. The delivery time was supposed to be no more than 35 minutes. A pizza arrived about 45-50 minuteslater. It was the hand tossed crust, not the stuffed crust I paid for. The toppings were right on the pepperoni only. There wassausage instead of the beef, and light mushrooms over the whole pizza. This is unacceptable that I didn't get what I paid for,and I would like my money back! When I immediately tried calling this location several times, there was no answer. It just rangand rang. I believe you should hire enough employees that can answer the phone, and whom can read an order and get it madecorrectly! We had no choice but to eat it as is, and for what it was, it was fine, if it had been what I ordered. Please give memy back, or at least the correct pizza I paid for! Read more

I ordered a veggie pizza and they put pepperoni on it. I returned to get it fixed and 5 mins later they gave me what was... obviously a premade pizza they popped in the oven for 5 min. The guy was also on his phone the entire time and asked me to comeback a third time to the store to get a refund. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The girl that took my order was really friendly and took the time to tell me the different... deals going on within the store, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my card declined and I had to call back the store to givethem my other card, no biggy. HOWEVER, when I called back the store, the manager was EXTREMELY rude towards me. I understandthat I placed my order about 15 minutes before they closed, but you DON'T treat the customer rudely. I've worked for Pizza Hutbefore for almost three years, we believe in BLAST, and we always treated the customer with the utmost respect, no matter WHATtime it was after we opened, or minutes before we closed. Even the driver that delivered my order was friendly and I appreciatedhim being honest when I asked him questions about who took my payment information. I tried to look past the manager being RUDEtowards me, but once I got inside and looked at my order, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The bacon cheese stuffed crust was NOThow it should have been, extremely greasy and the bacon cheese cylinders were not proportioned the way they should have been. Ispecifically asked that my wings be DOUBLE FRIED and they obviously were not fried twice as I asked, and therefore were soggyand not crunchy they way they should have been; had they been DOUBLE FRIED. Even the cookie I ordered wasn't fully cooked andstill tasted doughy. Again, I get it, I ordered roughly 15 minutes before closing time, but that still isn't an excuse as to whyI was treated rudely by the manager taking my payment information, and why my order wasn't fulfilled the way I asked. I don'tplan on ordering here EVER again after my experience tonight and recommend anyone considering ordering here NOT to at night..prepare to be disappointed and treated rudely by the manager. The last 3 times I ordered from this location was terrible. Even worse, when I called to complain the manager was rude &... instructed me to go to a landfill to find & bring the uneaten pizza to her. The first time we ordered for a sleepover - thepizza was so spicy! The children couldn?t even eat it!! The next time, the pizza was over cooked. Cooked so hard & brittle wehad no choice but to give it to the dog. The last time we ordered pizza (last night) the bread sticks were clearly burned &over cooked. One of the pizzas was undercooked. I decided to pop it in the oven to salvage it & the pizza was so heavy whichis a clear indication of uncooked dough. Not only that but we could visibly observe uncooked cheese & veggies on top. Ithought that it was strange that the pizzas came so quick on a Saturday, now I know why. Oh & we asked for pan crust, we gotregular crust. There?s no one quality checking them or they?re just not being cooked for the right time duration or at theright temp. The manager is useless. I had a similar issue once, 6 years ago when I lived in Spring TX & the manager remediatedthe issue immediately. 3 pizzas, ~$48 paid each time = $144 I may not love dominos pizza but at least they have amazingcustomer service.
