Did curbside service, it?s a joke. Girl looks out the door sees me and does nothing. Called the phone number and it?s a call... service and not the store, tells me to wait. Nobody comes out. Ultimately had to walk in and pick up from counter afterwaiting 5 more minutes ringing the bell on the counter. This location doesn?t know service. Use the one of 3836 hwy 6, 1000%better. Read more
My kids worked real hard all summer to earn their personal pan pizzas. We ordered them last night well in advance and... specifically requested no sauce. When we picked up the pizzas, we asked again if they had no sauce. We were assured they had nosauce and we trusted them. By the time we got home we realized they were all made with sauce. We have allergies to the sauce inthe household. None of the pizzas were edible for the family. What a waste of time, money and effort. Will never use this pizzahut again. Ordered a pizza on the app and chose to pay in store. The gentleman at the counter was great. Showed me the pizza before I... accepted it. The pizza was by far the best pizza hut pizza I've had in years! It was excellent!! So pleasantly surprised afterso many mediocre pizzas from pizza hits around the country. Read more
We ordered pizza for a birthday party. We had called the day before. They ensured us it would be delivered for the party and we... would pay when they deliver. On the day of the party we stopped by before to pay so there would be no issues. The order was notplaced!!! So we had to place the order again! We informed them the pizza had to be delivered by a certain time because of thespecified time for eating. They arrived at the end of the party. Even after numerous calls and they continuously said the driverwas 5 minutes away. The place of delivery was 5 minutes away. When we called to complain as the pizza arrived at the end of theparty and many guests was not able to have food and we had numerous boxes left. We wanted a refund. At the end we just haveboxes away to people who had been there. They refused and said to bring back the boxes!! We brought back what was left. Theyrefunded what we returned. I did not feel like cooking, and the wife is out of town for a while so I ordered Pizza Hunt. The Edge pizza is really good,... and in my opinion better than the thin crust from Dominoes. They were out of one of the items I ordered and they called to letme know and ask how I would like to handle. Great customer service. Also, I put in the notes for the delivery driver to honkwhen they pulled up so I could meet them, so as to not get my dogs all riled up, and they did. Great experience Read more
Did an online order which was suppose to be ready at 8:43pm but still wasn?t ready at 9. When I got there I had to ask what was... up with my pizza and they advised they ran out of bread sticks and did I want 1 wing to substitute ????. She then advised themto go ahead and put my pizza in the oven. My pizza was suppose to be ready 15 min ago so why was it just getting in the oven?!Just irritating as this is the 2nd time this has happened. Read more

I would put minus 5 stars if I could. I ordered pizza from this place and it got delivered to the wrong house. We called back... the location, because our order was taking forever and they said that they were going to send another one to us and pay specialattention to it since the first one was sent to the wrong place.
