awful service. Placed my order online for pick up. Lady at the counter was dealing with an employee. I was a secondary concern... for her. after paying her, she proceeded to ignore me. I waited a few minutes then asked if my pizza was still in process. Shesaid no, its ready but needed to deal with her employee instead. she finally handed it to me without saying a word. Pepperoni’s is usually my favorite pizza place to go to, but my family has been telling me that lately they haven’t been the... best, I was in denial until I actually ordered from them this past Monday. I ordered pizza for delivery and when it arrived Iquickly realized it was missing sauce. I called the store and told the lady on the phone what happened. First thing she says is“Are you sure there’s no sauce on the pizza, because I made it myself”. I’m guessing she was a manager or something andthought she was exempted from making mistakes. Lol I reassured her that I pulled the cheese back on more than one slice andthere was no sign of sauce. She said she would remake it if I wanted to come pick it up….I really didn’t want to come pickit ip since I paid for delivery but I just wanted to get everything over with at this point. I pick up the pizza. And Bring thenew one home. And after taking a couple bites, I realized they clearly gave me extra sauce….the pizza was practically fallingapart and dripping as I ate it. So I guess she thought I really was just this customer who was being picky about the sauce beingtoo little. The fact that I had to pick up my pizza, and the fact that I still ended up not getting the proper amount of sauceis frustrating. And I got nothing to make up for my time that got taken up. Always delicious. Definitely one of our top pizza places! I live the curbside pickup... I call in our order and they bring it... out to my car! They have great specials so look although their Facebook page to see their daily specials! Read more
Terrible customer service and mediocre food. Ordered Greek salad with chicken, feta, green peppers, tomatoes, and red onion.... Salad delivered without chicken and green peppers (which are standard). When I called the store, I was told they couldn't (wouldn't?) deliver the chicken. The person that answered seemed to already know I didn't get the chicken. Rather than refundingthe salad or the whole order, they just gave me a credit on my account for the salad. Read more
I visited the Pepperonis on Hwy6 in Missouri City(near FM1092) on December 4th. I ordered a large all meat pizza, and was told... it would be available in 15 minutes, of course I planned for 15-25 minutes. After 35 minutes I inquired what was taking solong, only to find out the clerk stated it was made incorrectly and they had to start over. In fairness they offered a fullrefund, but it was the time that it took for someone to respond about the delay, and the reason for it they really ticked meoff. The counter kid was young, so I understood the learning curve, but nearly an hour later was a little ridiculous. I lovePepperoni pizza, and it pains me to give a bad review, but hopefully this will give management incentive to improve customerservice. Read more
I ordered a large half pepperoni and beef and the other half Canadian bacon and pineapple the pizza was tasty but it was... extremely salty. When advising the staff member he quickly jump into defense mode stating they don't use salt. He must haverealized he was not speaking in the correct tone and switch back to being nice like he answer the phone. He said again ma'am wedo not use salt but will try to do better next time. I did not say that they use salt. I simply said that the pizza was saltyand it tastes like someone sprinkle salt on it. That's how salty it was. There was no solution offered and the situation washandled very poorly. I am surprised because 10 years ago they had the best customer service and pizza. I felt like I wasbothering him. Read more
the only thing good about this place was the salad, the pizza was bland and disappointing usually i’m a fan of pepperonis but... this location was horrible the fettuccine alfredo was pretty much just a bowl of sauce. Read more
