I call for 2 medium cheese pizzas and some chicken wings at 6:42 PM on 13 October. I was told the order would arrive in 45 - 50... minutes. When the pizza did not arrive I called and the recording said the order was out for delivery and would arrive in 44minutes. I called and spoke to the person taking the order and she claimed I never called in. I told her the cost of my orderand details of the call. I also told her the recording just said it would be 44 minutes. She then put me on hold and said myorder was being prepared. It apparently got lost somewhere. She said I should have it in 20 minutes. It is now 8:09 PM. Theorder is still not delivered. This is very poor customer service. Read more
The last 3 times we have ordered from this location we have had problems. Tonight we watched the driver turn around in our... driveway three times and then leave without coming to the door. We had to recook our pizzas because the crust was soggy. Read more
I tried to order online but credit card processing for online orders was down. So I called to place an order and instead of the... local store I am sent to a call center where they cannot apply specials from my account. Then I am transferred to the localstore where they tell me they cannot input my order. I tried to hard to order from you. I will just go somewhere else. Read more
First I spent way more than I should have on 2 pizzas (my fault, could have canceled) pizza was not cut, I asked for lightly... sprinkled vegan cheese and got heavy real cheese and the other pizza looked like they used cottage cheese in place ofmozzarella.
