Chicken is normally good and hot and order is normally correct. Could use a good cleaning in and outside.
I returned some uncooked chicken. The manager Ms. Vicki spoke down to me. She took some chicken out replacing the chicken that... I returned. She refried it, brought it out to me. Then told the other waitresses to throw out all of that chicken that shepulled my chicken from. I came home to eat my dinner. The chicken looked dark from the refried. I later had an upset stomach and diarrhea. It was really a bad experience. I did not go back to that KFC because I did not want to have a confrontationwith that manager. I always try to give this KFC a shot but each time it's the same l. Idk why there is a "A" rated outside there window. For one... some of the employees are nasty. The older black guy with the receding hair sneezed in his hand while giving me my receipt anddidn't even wash his hands. To make matters worst before he even ringed up my food, he was handling food with no gloves, so notelling what he touched. Luckily, the Caribbean woman with the big eyes behind her mask gave me my food . I ordered a #15 witha extra biscuit and extra side of fries. Luckily I ate inside because my Mac and cheese was not in the inside of the box so Ilet the woman know and she gave me one. I ordered crispy chicken but I got extra crispy chicken. I guarantee the chicken theygave me wasn't fresh and just a piece they probably pre ordered because they didn't feel like making 1 from fresh. The skin wasdisgusting. awful and unacknowledgable. Stood for 15 mins before the person in front of me was even greeted. Food was just set on the... counter without notice of who's order it even was. And God forbid you ask them for things that we're supposed to already be inthe bag! All was fresh, but not worth the irritation getting it. Read more
Nobody's order was correct even though we only ordered 2 $5 boxes and 1 kids meal. They didn't even get our drink order right... and only had small cups. We immediately went to churches.
