This location is hidden jewel. Great customer service.Fresh hot delicious food.
Chicken is normally good and hot and order is normally correct. Could use a good cleaning in and outside.
I returned some uncooked chicken. The manager Ms. Vicki spoke down to me. She took some chicken out replacing the chicken that... I returned. She refried it, brought it out to me. Then told the other waitresses to throw out all of that chicken that shepulled my chicken from. I came home to eat my dinner. The chicken looked dark from the refried. I later had an upset stomach and diarrhea. It was really a bad experience. I did not go back to that KFC because I did not want to have a confrontationwith that manager.
