Visited JITB at 13925 Fondren Road on November 27. I Ordered cluck chicken sandwich. Marquis said $8.69. When I got to the... window I was charged $9.68...a dollar more. No explanation or offer to change the price at all. When I left I called back to getthe name of the manager....THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Very rude unprofessional people at this location. I don't recommend this locationto anyone and I will never go there again. I also complained to the corporate office. Read more
This location is unexceptable.They need work on there customer service. I worked for Jack for a decade and we had a script we... followed. Well I eat jack in the box all the time, until Tuesday November 16 of 2022 in the A.M... I was eating breakfast there and the... food was good as always but the the drink I had, has change me I haven't been feeling normal, u might say sick, I don't I'm nota doctor. Overnight/early morning shift workers are rude. They tell you to order through the app then get mad bc you sit there & try to... order then tell me to pull up then when I pull up they tell me to pull up again bc I?m making them look bad bc of ?time? & asI?m tryna get an understanding dude keeps cutting me off as I?m explaining to them how they?re not making sense saying I?mmaking them look bad. The location is on a feeder road I never travel, but it was almost the best Jack in the Box experience! They got my food right,... the manager was extra polite and I couldn't complain until I got to the drink machine.. not their problem but I couldn't figureout how to get something for my grandchild! Used to home meals and not so much drink technology. But I can't complain. Thiswas the only Jack in the Box staff that didn't complain about how simple my order was. I do like to treat myself to a sourdoughburger from Jack in the Box EVERY once in a while, with out complain and they delivered. The manager taking the orders did anamazing job relaying the orders. Not just mine but others. Great communication team skills. If I ever want my Jack in the Boxfix again, I'd rather drive there, than the one 1 mile from my home. I'm not usually one to complain but where do I begin! At 11:00 am, I would expect there to be orange juice but they were out.... They were also out of churros. My supreme croissant was missing bacon and the egg on this sandwich and my sausage croissant wasfried too hard. The best thing about this trip was that the customer service was good. The lady at the window was very pleasantand what I think was the manager, apologized and had the supreme croissant remade. IF I should be hungry for a quick breakfaston the way home, I may try this Jack in the Box again BUT I doubt it will be anytime soon. Read more
The night "manager" Abu is an a$$hole. I should have known there was gonna be a problem because his name look like it was... written with nail polish on his name tag. I explained to him I ordered online...got confirmation number, receipt , showed himwhere they took the money from my account...he said he didn't have a order for me. I confirmed the address...everything. hestates"its not his problem" "he didn't take my money, the app did...really??? Are you not a representative of the company youare working for? He didn't have to be rude. pretending as if there was nothing he could do. If you are truly the manager youshould be able to make an executive decision and just make my food or give me my money back after I showed you all of thisevidence.
