I was very late picking up my order - accidentally drove to a different diner thinking I knew where I was going, and traffic was... slow due to rain - and the team remade my food. I was going to accept the cold food without complaint bc it was my fault, butthey made sure I didn?t have to. Its was ok. Decided to take the kids there after early dismissal. Our server was good. Food wait was a bit long though. The... place was clean and neat. Maybe it was a bad day. I would go there again though. They are usually on point. Read more
2 stars because the food was good and came out timely and at once. BUT I did NOT like the staff here. 1) Our waitress was... polite and did everything right but I think she was having a bad day. I won't fault her on that cause everyone has bad days. 2)One waiter kept looking at our table and laughing in our direction. I'm not sure what that was about. I should've asked what wasso funny? 3) We hadn't seen our waitress in a minute so we asked another waitress passing by for a condiment. The next time wesaw that waitress, she gave us an ugly look. Honestly I'm not sure what my family and I did to the staff here. If we were inthe wrong somehow (though by judging the current reviews, we did nothing and it was just poor manners from the staff), I wouldhave liked for the manager to speak to us instead of the staff as a whole treat us oddly. Just finished a wonderful breakfast at the Missouri City IHOP. Ashia H. was on hand to deliver excellent, friendly service along... with hot coffee and the best Belgian waffle combo in town. A clean, quiet dining room in comparison with other locations, andstill a value for your food quality. I love love love that y?all have Cholula here! Stay awesome, y?all! I will definitely beback. Visited IHOP after a morning soccer game with the kids. A perfect way to celebrate their hard work is a stack of pancakes and... French toast. The service was fast and the food was hot. The server was very attentive. Nice spot for a quick breakfast. Read more
Took the gang to get some I hop. I'm thinking they gone order the all you can eat pan cakes.. no they think they grown ????.... They grow up so fast. So I let them order what they wanted. Lol we waited a little time for the table. But the kids had fun. Iwas the only one who ordered the all you can eat pan cakes like I did when I was younger. Read more
I am giving this place 1 star and only because of the excellent customer service. The eggs they used for the chicken omelet... taste like rubber. The strawberry pancakes were spongy, the strawberries on top of the pancakes were canned strawberries. Thehashbrowns were too dry. Another restaurant bites the dust: meaning i am adding Ihop to the list of restaurants not to eat at. Read more
This IHOP located in Missouri City, TX was very shorthanded on Veterans Day but did a great job with what they could. The host... was great. Our waitress was great and the food was great. The only small problem was the wait because of them being shorthanded.Tables were available but couldn't be cleaned timely due to the lack of staff. Not their fault. They did the best thecould.
