Today was a very rainy day. Got out of the car, climb the stairs in the rain only to find it is take out only. I'm okay with... that. I go to the drive-thru it took 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Which was a very simple 10 piece for 1199 and a half adozen yeast rolls. It took 1 hour for me to get my order, if I had my way I would have left and came back another day but it isonly a one lane car drive through you cannot move to the right you just have to wait wait and wait until each customer receivethe order now if I could I would have drove away but since I was stuck in the one lane drive through all I could do was justwaited. There were two cars ahead of me, yet it took 1 hour before I got to the window to pay for my simple order. Only to findthat it was burnt!!! what is the worst tasting Fried Chicken but burnt chicken. There were only two very very very friendly andfast workers doing everything but my chicken was burnt. Read more
When I pulled up, there was a sign on the door stating that only the drive-thru was open. I don't know the reasoning for this,... but it is unfortunate for those that may have wanted the buffet. I was picking up some food to go for the family so this wasn'tan issue, except having to spend a little time in the drive-thru waiting to place my order and picking it up from the window.When I did make it to the order board, the lady was very nice, as well as the lady that gave me my order. I couldn't give arating on the atmosphere because I wasn't able to go inside. Other than that, everything went well and the family enjoyed theirfood. Read more
Usually sloooowwww, but lady is nice. Food is ok. Local fast food with real veggies makes this a go to some evenings. Sometimes... I have leftover meat and no veggies. I can come here and grab vegetables. Sometimes the chicken and fish could be better. Itry to support our local businesses. They need to value us, as customers. Read more
First, it isn't a buffet and hasn't been for years. The food was good but I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get... it. They've GOT to speed up their process. I almost left without my food.... Read more
I ordered six livers and six gizzards. On the menu it saida dozen gizzards or livers for 5.99. When I got to the window I was... charged 4.99 for 6 gizzards and $4.99 for six livers. I asked the worker you don't do the mixed anymore. Her answer was youdidn't say mixed you said six livers and six gizzards. I hope that it was worth it to them the extra $4 that I paid because I'vebeen going to their location ever since they've been there. I will not be patronizing them in the future. Read more
Food was fresh and hot, but customer service is horrible! They don't have dine in because they don't have any workers...the one... Hispanic lady is rude as hell! She's always saying she doesn't speak English, but she's a liar! The restaurant is owned by Asianpeople and they want your money, but want to treat you any kind of way! They set up shop in majority African Americanneighborhood...why?!!? Close shop and go somewhere else with your rudeness... it's not appreciated all!!!! Read more
Chicken cooked in old grease. Found a dead insect on the bottom of my roll. I was so disgusted that I put the entire order in... the trash. I?ll probably never eat at Hartz again. Especially this location. Waste of time and nasty?.. ???? ???? Read more
