At the peak of covid19 pamdamic I came here to pickup an order and the guy flipping the burgers was collecting cash from... customers and going back to work and touching the food. I told him that's not right even if it wasn't for covid and he deniedtouching the food even though I witnessed the whole thing. I brought it up to management and they really didn't care much. Super disappointed in this location. Although I'm happy that the corporation has provided their employees with face masks during... this pandimic, they are not wearing them. They are touching multiple surfaces with their gloves and then touching food. I guessmy burger got a random temperature check, and the lady doing it kept closing the thermometer and opening it with the same glovethat she was using to put information in on the iPad that I could see the fingerprints on and then stick it in my burger. Iasked for a fresh patty, although I got one they were upset I asked. After they realized that we were taking photos and makingreviews they finally pulled their masks over their mouths, not their nose still wearing them improperly.
