Good and convenient location for those who don't want to travel far out of sienna for food. I was given wrong order and problem... was resolved within minutes- the packing should be handled better- customer's name and what they order should be placed outsidethe bag for checking. Staffed failed to check before giving food to customer. They were friendly tho!! i ordered cowboy burger,loaded fries and chicken wings Burger was 8/10 , reasonable price - bacon wasn't so crunchy but ok. Loaded fries was on point7.5/10 Chicken wings 6 pieces almost 10 dollars and tasted likes costco frozen wings with some flavor added on which I find iterrrrr. Ordered Cowboy Burger medium, still received it over cooked and dry. This is the 2nd time coming amd last. No salsa for... breakfast tacos which had little egg in it. Asked how much seasoning was on Cajan fries, was told lightly dusted, well that wasnot correct. The fries were not cajan but just had chili powder on it and covered in it. Vibe- There?s plenty of places to sit inside. It was clean when I went and the tables are clearly labeled with a sign that says... ?sanitized? for the tables that have been cleaned. Customer service- Great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Food/drinks-I did the trio and got the falafel patty on all 3 burgers (they were each a great serving size, I could have done the duo andgot 2 and been satisfied). I do wish the price was more reasonable but you pay for quality. Parking- Good amount in front ofbuilding. Read more
Good burgers, usually less busy than it should be making it one of my favorite burger joints. Level of service is always fast,... location is clean and well maintained, and the quality of the food is great for the price. Would recommend for anyone who wantsa good burger but doesn't want the fast food. Read more
This place was pretty good and at least has options for different eaters including vegetarians, vegans etc. They pair their... burgers ???? with fries ???? which is standard and a better choice instead of chips that will get rancid during packaging likesome places I will not name. They are fairly quick and will prepare your food for you fresh while you wait. You can even callahead and order in advance if you would like so that it will be ready once you arrive for pickup. Most of the workers thatassisted us was nice and friendly. Make condiments and napkins readily accessible so that customers can get what they needwithout having to bother the workers or make request for these necessity items. Our ordered stated it came with a brownie whichis why many selected the offering but we have never received the brownie with our order. We have only seen a small cookie ????with the combo in the bag. Met the owner at another food event and she invited me to stop in for a meal and that I did. Nice cozy joint. When you walk in... you are greeted by excellent servers. Clean with a dinner feel. There are other menu items but I can to BurgerIM for a nice homemade burger and shake! Boy did this place deliver. Nice size patties, flavored, juicy, with a strawberry shake made with realice cream. First time I was given complimentary water cold and in a bottle! Now that is service. Restrooms very clean too! Foodhot made to order with little wait time. Not crowded during the week. When I told the owner how nice my visit was she only couldsay ?we want customers happy!? Mission accomplished BurgersIM! I already have recommended the place to several of my coworkersat Ridge Point Hs! Oh by the way it was nice to see students from that HS working here that had great customer service manners! 6 months ago I wrote a 5 star review, but since then I have had some negative experiences here and am re-reviewing with 1 star.... Every time I used to order a kids meal here, they gave me a juice pouch and a pack of fruit snacks. Most times I ordered it was?to go?. The last few times I ordered, they gave me my kids meals with no drink and no fruit snacks?I had to check my to goorder, get out of my car, and go inside and tell the front staff that they forgot these items. Today, however, they did it againand the front staff had the audacity to say those items that come with the kids meals are only given if you eat inside therestaurant?Even if that is true, i think it?s really messed up to those of us providing take out business for thisestablishment. If this is how take out orders are going to be treated (less important then eating in restaurant) then we justwon?t return?thanks. Read more
