I made an online order and when I arrived they didn't have the drink I ordered. The manager wouldn't substitute it and argued... with me in the drive thru. She wanted me to pay to get a different drink. She was very rude and clearly had no customer serviceskills. I got my food and of course it was cold. I purchased a "Bacon King" that had 1 piece of bacon on it. An $8 burger with 1piece of bacon. Will not return to this sorry establishment. It blows my mind that someone can be a manager and has absolutelyno customer service skills. Read more

Purchase two breakfast sandwiches and both sandwiches were cold. I told the drive-thru operator, she just looked as if she... didn't speak English, took the sandwiches back, threw the sandwiches in the microwave on high and gave them back to me. All thatdid was made the sandwiches hot and rubbery. She didn't say one word. Poor customer service. Once the sandwiches had sat untilthey were cold they should have been discarded and fresh breakfast sandwiches should have been made. Read more
