I?m really sad to post this review. Brooklyn makes a wonderful pie, but the last few times we?ve ordered (despite the website... saying to expect 35-45 min delivery times), it?s been about an hour and half (we live six minutes away - I know - go pick itup). We ordered at 6:45 and we finally called tonight to inquire about our order at 8:15 (we usually just wait it out), butcalled to ask for us to just be refunded. I was told they can?t do that since it was in the car and there were six houses aheadof us. So I asked to please speak to a manager (ugh, I can?t believe I uttered those words), while on a lengthy hold, the doorbell rang (I hung up thinking huzzah! Pizza!!) and we were delivered a very sad, cold pizza. We?re starving and don?t have timeto heat it proper as it?s almost 8:30. I?m sorry to say we will likely not be ordering from Brooklyn again. Chicken Alfredo was phenomenal!! Hands down, the best I ever had. Large portions of pizza and made fresh. Everything tastes... good from beginning to end. The service was wonderful, the food was very presentable, and the staff was very helpful especiallyAmber (I think this is her name). Even the restrooms were clean! Read more
I LOVE this place! We get delivery from here, the staff is wonderful, the food is perfect, they deliver fast (we do direct not... food delivery app). They have the most authentic Buffalo wings in Houston (we lived in the N.E. for over a decade). Read more
If you are looking for a yummy and very affordable thin cheese pizza this is the finitely the place where you should go. My... suggestion to the owners is to stop using styrofoam cups. Read more
Pizza is great, but staff.. I now live in the back of Sienna, and though we have had delivery here from BP, when I tried to... place an order the girl said it's out of delivery range. I verified that they have delivered here before, and was told, "Idon't think so ," and that they don't deliver. Then I spoke to someone else who said they do, .. and then she put someone elseon who again said they don't. I asked for a manager and was told he is out of the country. I asked for cooperate and was told," I don't know. " I literally said, " there is no way you have no manager on duty".. and was told they don't. Very immature andunprofessional/ inconsistent. its usually great but tn wasn?t. i got a medium cheese pizza, well done, and delivered. it came quickly. once i opened it it... looked good but after i took a bite i turned it over and saw the bottom was all burned. I called them immediately and told themand they put me on with a manager who had me send a picture of the pizza and said he?d call me back. he did, and asked what idlike him to do and if he could credit me so i asked if i could get another one tonight since it?s my dinner. And he said OK butthey probably just left it in too long since I asked for well done and it didn?t look that burned just a little black butobviously I?m the one eating it so I know it tasted burned and like old oven bits. I don?t mind extra crispy or super well doneit?s just it tasted burned. He was nice but kind of made me feel its my fault for ordering well done. and said it would be donein 10 min so then i came to get another and had to wait a few mins but they had me check it and it was perfect and tasted great.otherwise if not for the issue 5 stars. tenders were good too. updated: i ordered delivery for a party and aside from the 2pieces missing in the picture, this is how the pizza came, like it was shaken in the box :( Read more
Botched my pick up order and gave it to someone else. Had to wait 30 mins while they remade my order. The order was rushed. It... wasn't sliced all the way through. They advertised jumbo wings and they were tiny. Hard to judge but I think they could dobetter. We are new to this area and want a"Go To" pizza joint when we want something quick and tasty. I would like if they mademy order again and serve it piping hot. Read more
