This restaurant remained closed for dine in due to lack of staffs. There are currently only two person working so even the... takeaway option can take quite some time. I would suggest the owner to consider reducing the amount of options in the menu whichcould help reduce wait time for the customer. Despite so, I really like some of the food that we have tried from the menu and Ihope to try more in the future. 1. Danzai Noodle (5/5) Favorite dish so far 2. Disappointed with the packaging. I would not recommend ordering to go or take out, or if you do ask them for a bag. I ordered... the vegetarian mushroom ramen and they gave me a huge box unnecessarily. It?s a waste of cardboard even if it was only forpresentation. I understand they are concerned for the driver?s safety, however, what about the waste of plastic? I?ve orderedpho, ramen and soups from other restaurants and none of them have packaging like that. Extra packaging and plastic wastage isruining the Earth. The soup was okay. There was a multitude of different types of mushrooms, which I appreciated. I am finding this place do better and better with the quality of food over time. The green curry is delicious and full of fresh... colorful veggies and their Taiwanese popcorn chicken is much better than last year. Hope they are able to open up the fullrestaurant soon. Read more
This is the best takeout experience I've ever had! The owner was super friendly and accommodating. We ordered spicy miso ramen... and stir-fried udon. The food was just great! We were also pleasantly surprised by how presentable the packaging was. I'd givethem six stars if I could???? Read more
I was craving ramen during this random short cold spell we're having, and Asia Blue exceeded my expectations! I had the spicy... tonkatsu (I asked for spicy - it's not officially on the menu), and it was so so good! The broth was rich and flavorful, thenoodles had just the right amount of bite, and the meat was thick, just fatty enough, and flavorful. I also loved the bambooshoots, the texture of the egg, and the separately packed green onions and seaweed so that they would maintain their freshnessand crunch. I'm not a huge eater anymore, so my one ramen lasted me both lunch and dinner (that's why the picture of the puttogether ramen bowl might look a bit sparse - it's only a half portion)! I also got a $5 side of bok choy and pork - great priceand delicious!! I also loved the little sides of lotus root, seaweed, and edamame that came with the ramen. Absolutely fantastic!! Best shrimp tempura I have had even while in Asian countries!! The presentation of your food is so... intricate and serves a purpose, it's very refreshing! Their food is carefully prepared, fresh, hot, flavorful and delicious!! I happened to pass by this place a couple times and it piqued my interest so I decided to give it a try and I am SO glad I did!... I'm not very familiar with real ramen and the employees made me feel very welcome and not rushed at all. They are only doingtake out right now, but the presentation was absolutely phenomenal. You can see in the photos how much they truly care abouttheir work. They explained that they separate the ingredients from the soup so that you can try each flavor individually anddecide whether or not you want to add it to the dish. Definitely will be going back! This is place is a rare gem! It absolutely obvious how much the owner cares about their customers and the food they recieve. I... took 3 items to go and was so impressed with the packaging. It makes it almost impossible to spill a soup or make a mess in yourcar. Everything was well thought out and included high quality items. Even the soy sauce and chopsticks were top quality. Thefood was well spiced, balanced, and not greasy. I will definitely be back. To the owner- thank you for raising the bar in takeout and Asian cuisine. See you soon! Read more
