The restaurant dine in was closed, at 5:30pm. Which forced me to have to wait in long drive though. After all the waiting the... cashier had no knowledge of the mobile app. In which I was using to save money. After ordering and paying, they completelyforgot have my order. Causing me to have to wait in the long drive though line once again. Food was hot and fresh I must say,but the lack of knowledge long waiting and forgetting of my food is way I say 2 stars. More than half of the time I went there the employees didn't even know what was on the drive-thru menu. I ordered the featured... drink word-for-word and kept getting something completely different. Also most of the employees here are rude for no reason.They only get another star because the mac n cheese is delicious. Read more

Ordered online, went to pick up and they were closed. Next day I went to go back and they told me they could not fulfill my... order as it wasn't in their system. I had my order number and receipt. Then the manager rudely came and told me they could notdo it. I expressed my lunch break being screwed up 2 days due to them and he very rudely responded to have a nice day with nooffer of taking my order. Horrible service and very rude manager. I don't normally post reviews but this was just awful. Read more

The girl at the drive through window said extra sauce was 50 cents. So I grabbed 2 quarters and handed it to her, she then told... me she was too busy to sell me the sauce cup that I could LITERALLY see 3 feet behind her. The rudest customer service I?ve everexperienced. The amount of time it took to explain why shouldn?t sell me a cup of ranch was longer than her just handing it tome. This was 6 pm on august 23rd. Could have been fresher for a lunch hour. Was expecting hot food. Never have been here before and expectations were quite high.... Lobby was very clean customer service was good. Would probably give them another shot. Read more

Ordered online through the app. Paid showed up to the location and was told they don?t do the surf & Truf?? App says they do... they sell the chicken and shrimp separately just put it together. But was told they can?t price is wayyy different?. Said fine Iwould just order so I start to order and the guy say are you making an order? I just said I was. Proceeded to get no answer so Ijust left. Between the items not available at the store the inability to work with what they have and the rudeness I would getyour chicken some other place! Read more

An absolute s*** show. I'm here at 5:45p. Most of the soda varieties available in the universal dispenser are empty. There's... only one choice for anything sugar-free, and is suspensing water instead of tea. I upgraded my drink to a large drink, only tofind out they don't have large cups (after paying, of course). 5 minutes after ordering spicy chicken, they inform me that thespicy chicken won't be ready for almost 15 minutes. I should say that the dining room was exceptionally clean, which is a goodthing, because it's 6:00 on a Wednesday night, I'm the only one here, and I'm the only one that's been here since I walked inthe door. The chicken and rice was also hot and fresh, and actually pretty good. Read more

Lazy Staff. Sat in line (3 cars) for 40 minutes for a order I put in online. I also do door dash. Workers move slow. No ambition... to speed up the process. This place needs to hire new people. Ones who can actually work in a fast pace environment. Wouldhighly recommend just going to KFC. Save your time. Seriously. It is quite ridiculous. Read more
