Moved back to Missoula MT 11/14/22 upon arriving we stopped at McDonalds with a U-haul towing a van so we could get to order... and use the restroom the guy was stern, unhelpful and UNAPOLOGETIC!! No starts . I was there after a 15 hour shift at my job, wanted something quick. I was there 30 minutes prior to closing and you... just shut down you store. Kept the lights on and the drive trough lights on. There was about 6 cars total that you could haveserved. It might have made someone day even! It?s so disappointing when you don?t get some of your food. I ordered on DoorDash. DoorDasher was great! But not McDonald?s. I... ordered 5 sandwiches, nuggets, fries, and 2 smoothies. Very unhappy with McDonalds on brooks waited in line for half hour. Paid and the boy couldn't even give change back, even using... a calculator, I had to tell him what my change would be, we get our food and it was COLD and they dont even know the difference between a coke and dr.pepper took it back in got our money back and will not return again. Both large fries were BARELY half full and not salted, I was also charged extra due to order taker not understanding POS system.... Paid 20$ for the most disappointing meal ever. I remember when this McDonalds used to be good, not anymore it seems. Read more
This review is actually for the McDonalds on E. Broadway, have reviewed them before so it wouldn?t let me do it again. Went... through the drive thru, nobody there at 6pm.
