I had a krispy kreme app but i left Facebook so i no longer can access my money or the app without it telling me to go through... Facebook. Also every time there is a promo on the new email i added. I go to Missoula location and they know nothing about it! Also the drive through is the only way to get products at location. SO I gave up on this company. If you try to contact customerservice by phone. they apologize, say they will fix it and don't. On lie they want you to accept all cookies, no thanks. These are the worst looking donuts I've received in my life. Grocery store, generic donuts are more appealing. They should be... embarrassed about the quality of food they are passing out that window. Not worth the money. They didn't even taste likeregular Krispy Kreme. Read more
