You still can't dine in, they are using that space for storage. Which is all the same. The staff lacks the friendliness that... would cause wanting to dine in anyway. The food is decent but not as good as it used to be. It's clear that with operating adrive thru only service that the quality suffers. No one wants to wait in a line to make a simple fix to a wrong order. Thatbeing said my order has not been wrong here just lacking in quality. Read more

I want to start off by saying I totally understand that there is a lack of staffing everywhere, but especially within the... service industry. Which in turn makes for a lot of extra work, long hours, and additional stress. Working in the serviceindustry myself, I always pride myself on being calm and understanding of that situation and to never take out my frustrationson the individual employees themselves. Few concerns that I have in my particular experience today is that the young lady whotook my order was extremely rude and all I wanted to do was feed me and my kids. While taking the order she was very snippy, andonce I got to the window was more concerned about the conversation she was having with her coworker than with working thealready extremely long line at the drive-through. Once she had taken my card payment and basically threw the card and our drinksat us, she walked away from the window with a coworker and disappeared for about 25 minutes. I am understand that we had aspecialized order and it was going to take a moment to get it finished however my bag with all of my food sat on the counter for15 of those 25 minutes just getting cold. I witnessed while I was waiting for somebody to come back to the window to give me myfood, at least three other vehicles leave the drive-through line. Once I did finally get my food and get back home to eat it,the breading on the chicken was all soggy, the fries for my kids meals were cold and stiff, and the biscuits were hard asrocks?.. only thing that was still decent was the root beers we ordered but they were out of ice so they were warm. Should havegone to double front cafe instead, at least I would have supported a local business. Read more

We went to this Missoula location ordered 3 ice water. normally free they charged 8.37 cents for three waters and marked them... as sodas the guy was extremely rude through the entire process and he was the manager and only about 20 the food is definitelynot worth it Read more

We like to get kentucky fried chicken once in a while so went to drive thru Friday evening. We ordered 8 piece combo meal. We... assumed that would be 2 of each piece. We got 4 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. No breast. My husband likes breast the best, so wasdisappointed. We tried calling to let them know but there was no answer. The time before we went through drive thru and orderedthe same order there was no Biscuits. That time they did answer phone they said to let then know next time and they will make itright. Well we didn't remember since it had been awhile. I guess if we want Kentucky fried again we will have to check the orderwhen we get it before leaving.. Read more

Let me tell you about this one. Went in, had about three people ahead of us, and three cars in the drive through. Staff looked... rushed and overwhelmed, but tried their hardest. We tried to order a 6 piece buffalo wings, 5 piece tender box (mashed potatoes& corn substituted), and an extra biscuit with mashed potatoes on the side. First they weren't sure if they had the wings wewanted. So they checked (~3 mins) and said they did. Ordered the rest with little problem. Waited in the waiting area for 15minutes to be called to the front and told that they don't have any tenders, and have to bread them and then drop them. Askedhow long, was told another 'few' minutes. I set a five minute timer and once it was up went to the front for a refund. Thisreally wasn't the worst part, though. I understand being busy and bad communication sometimes. It was while we were waiting inthe lobby the shift manager (or whoever because no one was wearing a nametag) was constantly yelling throughout the restaurantto his employees, as it was some evaluation day, and wouldn't really let them do their jobs. Then when I got the refund he wentbehind the counter (in greasy, dirty jeans and a similar shirt) to give the refund. If I didn't think the place was dirty beforeI did now. Oh and the other pictures are just of food on the floor and tables, as no one was seeming to care to bus anything.As well as structural damage they don't really seem to have front and center. I just remember coming even a few years back andit wasn't this terrible. (Funniest but saddest part was the shift manager person was wearing a Popeye's hat. Like c'mon, noloyalty.) Read more
