If I could give zero stars I would. My sandwich had rancid avocado spread on it. I called to have another made and delivered to... me at work. The manager argued with me about the freshness of the avocado and then tried to charge me for the delivery. Needlessto say I have had a horrible experience here and will not be going back. I likely will not patronize any Jimmy John?s locationagain since their company model obviously doesn?t value customer service. Read more

I really can?t begin to say, that I am repeatedly disappointed every time I go here. So, I?m stopping going here. One person... dropped my bag out the window onto the ground and blamed me for not catching it. Several times they dropped my payment andchange and gave me back what I handed them minus the change expecting me to pick up the change that dropped on the ground.Almost every time my order has been wrong. They?ve charged me for chips and kickin sauce that they never put in the bag. IF theygive me a napkin, it?s one napkin- not 3 or 4. They will not cut sandwiches in half. I have left money for tips periodicallyhoping I?m getting good service and finding out when I got home that I paid for food I did not receive AND REWARDED them with amore money for it by ignorantly tipping them! First they screwed up our order and forgot a sandwich. Then when we called them back and they tried to tell us that we would be... charged an extra delivery fee when it was their mistake to begin with. Then it took forever for them to deliver the food. Thenwe found out that the food was left on the porch. They didn?t even knock on the door or ring the doorbell. It just sat there inthe blazing hot sun for over 30 minutes. Placed a to go order, called to ask if I can add another sandwich on *immediately* after it was placed. Bro on the phone said he... couldn?t change the order but I could place another order online for pickup and they?d add it to my existing delivery so I didthat. Didn?t deliver the add-on, called about it the woman on the phone was defensive, told me they can?t do that. Called herGM and it turns out they can, so they said they?d deliver the missing sandwich. Sitting here waiting for this delivery, dudebro delivery guy stealth drops it (no knock or doorbell, got it on camera) on the porch to bake in the sun until we figured outhe delivered it. Not that I have terribly high expectations from Jimmy John?s, but 11/10 absolute garbage service, do notrecommend. Read more
