I was behind a woman who literally had a basketful.....at a gas station. The clerk ringing her up sees me with only coffee &... says "she can help you over there." Where I just came from because there's a sign that says "Next register" I go back over & twoother cashier's behind the counter stop their banter & one comes over & says "I guess I can help you" "That's what she said" isall I replied. As a visitor I'd say not the best representation of Missoula. 11:35 on a Thurs afternoon in Montana what's to beso edgy about young lady. Went the business today to have a propane tank filled from the giant pink tank out front. The one clerk working the cash... register told me to come back ?after lunch? because ?we?re not selling propane now because there are only two of us working.?Not sure why the second person couldn?t take the time to make good on a service they advertise. I was in line to purchase gas since the card reader wouldn't read my card. An elderly gentleman with mobility issues was... checking out in front of me, I was patiently waiting for him to move his items off the counter so I didn't crowd him. Thecashier snaps at me to "come on, hurry it up! I dont have all day!" He was super hostile all throughout the transaction, so Ican honestly say if shopping with this place is that big of an inconvenience for the employees, I'll do the considerate thingand stop coming here. right now if the rating could go double negative , that is what I would choose. We have used this gas station for over four... years, some of my family member for over ten years, we spend a lot of money here, mostly gas wise. For the last few month wehave been disrespected and harassed by a clerk named Brian. We have made it a point to go when he isn't there or my family willgo to another til. Couple day ago, no choice but my daughter had to go through his line, while serving her, he begancoughing into his hands, she politely asked him to sanitize his hands and he immediately began an argument with her, then liftedhis shield and coughed deliberately, all in front of 10 or more customers and the manager, He told her if she didn't like itto take her business elsewhere.
