The ladies that work at the North Reserve location are phenomenal! I go often but not every day and they always remember my... order. They consistently have smiles on their face and great energy first thing in the morning. My order is always doneperfectly! Minus 1 star because of experiences at the Brooks location. Everytime that I go to FloCo, I'm always treated very well! But I was just there again yesterday, at the brooks location. And... Shelby (I hope I spelled it correctly?) was AMAZING!! Terrible experience. The girl with the nose piercing and piercing on her bottom lip in the center with tattoos was absolutely... awful. SO rude. My husband and I here came here on our anniversary and were in a great mood and the experience was bad enough toput us both in a terrible mood. Why be so rude to people who are being nothing but friendly? All we did was ask if there wereany winter specials and her attitude was insane. Go somewhere else if you want coffee! Read more
