I've seen a lot of reviews mentioning the service here, but we had no issues at all. Service was good, the staff was attentive... and made our subs exactly as requested, and in a very timely manner. I very much appreciate the sentiment behind therestaurant. There are many options to choose from. Our only problem was that the bread was a bit dry, but otherwise it was allgood. Read more

Really disappointed. There were 2 other people in the lobby waiting for food when I walked in. I clearly asked for NO ham, NO... pickle, NO lettuce and Turkey substituted for the ham. They didn?t get any of these things right. Not sure how that was possiblesince there were 5 people working at the time? I will not be going back and I suggest you don?t go either. Read more

I really enjoy Firehouse?s food and was excited to see them coming to Missoula, but I am more often disappointed than satisfied... when I order from this location. Tonight I went in to get dinner and the employees working complained to each other that ?morecustomers? were coming in. One worker was making sandwiches while the other stood around and complained, noting how he can?twait to find a new job. After 5 minutes of awkwardly waiting at the register to order and having nobody say a word to me, Idecided to go across the street and get a MOD Pizza, where I was not treated as a nuisance. Read more
