What an absolutely horrible experience. I really hope the OWNER, contacts me. I just went and ordered two things. I had planned... to order a water, something that takes two seconds, but the lady at the speaker completely cut me off, I said " and I think-"then she says "alright 3.38 at the window" in a very rude way. I'm like okay... So I go to the window, planned to just ask for awater there. She proceeds to be very rude, and says "I'm way too busy I'll have to have you go through again". Which I couldunderstand just pulling around and walking inside to help out. She said EVERYTHING, to me in a rude manner. I tried to say, "heyit just takes a couple seconds" or would have walked inside but her tone was just dreadful she then hands me my money and says"how about we just don't let you order at the window" which I countered with, "I tried ordering at the speaker and you cut meoff" she did not care and just shut the window in my face. I have been a manager, a general manager, at many food places. I'vebeen there where it's very busy and short staff and life sucks. But I've never used it as an excuse to lash out at innocentcustomers. Especially when I was very kind and TRYING to be understanding, because I've dealt with Karen customers and I try myhardest to never complain at restaurants. But man, BOTH, burger king's always have terrible service and have forced me tocomplain. I just dealt with a Karen employee, lashing out at a pregnant woman just trying to get some food before going back towork which I work 6-7 days a week running my own business. Maybe you would have more employees if you treated people with somerespect. Both burger king's seem to have this problem. Get a new general manager before this place crumbles. Read more
Me and my family were staying the night in missoula were from great falls and we decided to order Doordash so we did the family... bundle with 2 drinks 2 burgers 2 nuggets and 2 fries and 2 chicken sandwiches when we got our order we were missing 2 chickensandwiches the burgers were cold and we didn't get any straws no napkins we asked for sauce didn't get any of it verydisappointed with this burger King I'm definitely not coming back Read more

Whoever the manager on duty was was extremely unprofessional, shouting at crew members in front of guests. I understand being... understaffed with a newer crew but that doesn't excuse treating your team in such a way and as a former team leader myself I wasvery disappointed in what I saw. Read more
